Coupon Codes/Discount Codes: All orders placed using any type of promotional code can be returned for store credit only and not a refund.

Shipping Policy: All items in stock will be processed and shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise notified. If the item is not in stock we will contact you asap with the expected date of delivery. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS the majority of the time. International orders, PO Box addresses, and in some cases domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping on domestic orders over $100 is free and the cost of international shipping depends on the value of the purchase. All deliveries require a signature unless requested otherwise. Ground shipping takes about 5-7 business days to arrive and express shipping takes about 2 business days if article is in stock. International orders can take up to 7-14 business days to arrive. Shoprumor is not responsible for duties and taxes on shipments to international countries.

Return Policy: We will be happy to accept returns on clothing for online store credit only. The credit is good for one year. Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt. All sale items, jewelry, and handbags are FINAL SALE. Return authorizations will be issued only for items that have not been worn and are in perfect condition with the original price tag attached. Returns will not be processed without prior approval. Any box returned to Shoprumor without a return authorization number or after the ten day time frame will be refused and sent back to you at your expense. Include your order number in the package for faster processing. Please note you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Rumor for returns unless Rumor has sent the incorrect item. A shipping fee of $5.95 will be charged for an exchange. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order, those orders that originally shipped for free will be charged as well; $9.95 for U.S. orders. Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU INSURE YOUR RETURN AND GET A PROOF OF DELIVERY.

Cancellations: Please note once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

Item availability: We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail.
