WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS
We hope that you love your purchase! However we understand sometimes a purchase may need to be returned.
In the case that you are returning a purchase:
-Returns will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.
-We must receive your return within 14 days of when the customer receives order. Please include the packing slip with the return.
-Item(s) must be in unwashed and in perfect condition with original tags to be accepted for a return (unwashed, scent free, no makeup/deodorant stains, no pet hair, or stains of any kind)
-Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Bodysuits are also a final sale due to hygiene reasons!
-Shoes can be exchanged but must not show any signs of wear
-If return items are sent back after 14 days a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit issued.
-Return items sent back after 20 days will NOT be accepted and the customer will be contacted to have them shipped back at the customer's expense.
-If item(s) are sent back past the return policy period the customer is responsible for return postage.
-Shipping charges are non refundable.
-Any damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving. The customer must email photos to email@example.com
-When a return is approved the customer can expect to receive an email with an E-gift card within 3 days that we receive the package.
